The Last Balloon Race.

I couldn't make it out yesterday due to my severe migraine, but this morning the alarm went off and Kryz and I were out the door at 6:00am we got to the airport 5 minutes later and i was surprised to see a line around the airport of cars waiting to park. It was really nice the weather, the people the balloons all in all it was a great event. I was amazed how many photographers there were, some were nice enough to give tips to other amateur photog's, It's sad this is going to be the last race at Tamiami Airport, Tamami Airport doesn't want the races held there anymore don't ask me why but they don't. Migraine.

I missed the balloon races this morning, I had still have the worst migraine. My dad just called me to tell me he would call when they start up again.

Wind + Kite = Fun Fun Fun.

Today the weather was absolutely beautiful, I had got a kite last month but there hasn't been enough wind to get it up, so today i was at my parents house riding around the neighborhood with my nephew and i remembered about the kite so we got it out of my truck. I ran down the street with it behind me it took about half a block then it went up and up and up about 150 feet give or take, I gave the line to my nephew Andre (above) and he flew it till it crashed to the ground a few minutes later.

Stuck In My Head.

Last week David over at UPnUp posted a video of Estelle and Kanye West's American Boy, Like him i didn't like it at first but it grew on me, i catch my self humming it all day.

25th Annual Sunrise Community Balloon Race.

This weekend I'll be heading out to see the races, My dad works off-duty for them every year but I've never had any interest to go till now, Ever since I've seen the balloons that come over my house every weekend i got hooked on them. If you want to go here's the website (Link). IHOP is going to be serving breakfast. parking opens at 5:30am and the balloons start launching at 6:30am so get thee early.

my parents live a few streets away and my nephew's grandparent's live 2 houses from where she was gunned down, I've seen her a few times, That area of S.W. 117th street is full of mobile vendor's selling fruit, vegetables, hot dogs, flowers, and seafood from the roadside. I can't understand why they have would targeted her they had to of known she didn't have much money selling fruit & veggies on the side of the road on a rainy day but hey what do you expect from a bunch of punk ass cowards.

Vehicle Fire

On my way home i saw fire rescue and police going towards my neighborhood so i used my sidekick to find out where fire rescue was headed (Link), as i turned on to 147Th i could see flames 3 blocks south of my street a car was fully engulfed in flames, The street was blocked so i went through a neighborhood and came out on the other side of the flames i parked in the grass and jumped out and took some photo's, Fire rescue knocked it down pretty quickly but the car was burnt to a crisp.
