Sam I Am

Sam is our new addition to our family. He is about 4 months old, His previous owners had to give him up because they're dog did not get along with Sam, They brought him into Dixie and gave him up. We have been wanting a all white kitty since we fostered Delilah. Sam lives in the bathroom for now until Bandit and Izzy get used to him here.

Orchids And More

Kryz and I went to Remarkable Homes and Gardens Orchid Farm yesterday near our house that a client of kryz's brother owns, I never knew how many types of orchids there were till yesterday they are all beautiful and colorful, they also have pineapple trees, bromeliads, palms, foliage and much more. We picked out a young orchid and to our surprise it was on the house thanks Cindy and Mr. Poo. Remarkable Homes and Gardens They are only open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, from 8am - 6pm they are located at 21070 SW 147 AVE Miami, FL 33187

Larry And Penny Thompson Park

Larry & Penny Thompson Park is dedicated to the memory of Larry Thompson, a popular humorist and columnist with the Miami Herald for more than 25 years. Mr. Thompson was a nature enthusiast and advocate of park beautification. The parkland, which was once part of the Richmond Naval Station, was acquired in December 1974 as part of a 1,010 acre land transfer from the federal government and included the Miami Metrozoo property.In the campground, you'll see remnants of fruit groves, which once belonged to the University of Miami. These groves acts a natural buffer in the campground and feature avocado, mango and lychee trees.Larry & Penny Thompson is one of the last portions of wilderness in Miami-Dade County, with wildflowers, palmettos, and rock pinelands. The facility truly harmonizes the recreation experience with Miami-Dade County finest natural assets.

Burr's Strawberry Farm

Kryz and I stopped by Burr's Strawberry Farm Today. If your down south i highly recommend stopping by and picking up some strawberry's and getting a shake they are delicious.

The farm opens between Christmas and New Year's Day and closes in mid May.

This photo was taken while my grandmother was in the hospital, Since we have ties at Jackson they kept the other side of the room empty for her. She was discharged last week, 2 days ago she was admitted back in, from what my mom has told me shes not doing to good the medicine they gave her is messing up her kidneys. We pray for her.
